• Plans are billed in advance by calendar month; they are not pro-rata.
  • All plans must be paid in advance via credit card, if an account is not in credit the service may be suspended. A reminder will be sent to you the month before your card expires with a link to update this. It is your responsibility to ensure that your card is current and has sufficient credit to meet the account charges; declined credit cards will incur a $10.00 (ex GST) administration fee.
  • Excess call charges, message delivery and call costs are billed in arrears on the following month’s plan. However, we reserve the right to debit your credit card before the end of the month if your excess usage exceeds your plan allowance by more than 100%; if this is to occur you will be notified by email prior.
  • Reception.net.au will always aim to provide the best service possible but cannot be responsible to any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service.
  • Reception.net.au will provide contact centre services on our network through such Carrier networks as we determine. The quality of the carriage will be the same as that of the carrier.
  • Any portable national numbers provided are billed from the allocation date. Client Services will make a test call to verify that the 1300/1800 number allocated to your service is coming through to your diversion point on our system. However, clients must also call the number to check that it is being answered correctly on our system (with the service set up) prior to advertising any such number provided. Should a client wish to take control of a 1300/1800 number provided by Reception.net.au, we undertake to release control over such numbers to clients once outstanding accounts are paid in full.
  • Cancellation of the service must be in writing. If a cancellation notification is not received 3 business days before the end of the calendar month, the next month’s plan may be charged.
  • FREE set up applies once only for any new client for an ongoing service. A charge to revise a service for a returning client may apply.
  • Short term services lasting less than 35 days will attract a minimum charge equivalent to 40 calls on a plan for the service level.
  • Upon 30 days written notice, Reception.net.au may vary the service, adjust the charges or otherwise vary these terms and conditions.
  • The account will not be used for any illegal or anti-social purposes including obscene, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise unacceptable purpose.
  • Reception.net.au reserves the right to terminate the service without liability if it is unable to provide the service; payment of any charges is not made by the client when due; the client breaches this agreement or enters into bankruptcy, liquidation, administration, receivership, arrangement with its creditors or is otherwise deemed to be insolvent.
